Indoor cycling classes provide a challenging, fun and motivating low impact cardio workout that burns fat and calorie, improves endurance and strength, and reduces stress. In a 45-minute class, it's possible to burn 500 calories.

Cycling AM 1
Days.......Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time.....8 to 9 a.m.

Cycling PM 3
Days.......Monday and Wednesday
Time.....6 to 7 p.m.

New in January
Cycling PM 2

Days......Tuesday and Thursday
Time.....4 to 5 p.m.

Prices for Cycling Class


Members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $18
Class meets two times a week for five weeks - $27
Non-members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $44
Class meets two times a week for five weeks - $66
