YMCA Group Exercise classes are for everyone - beginners to advanced. You can get a great workout from our staff and meet new friends along the way.

Early Risers Step - Step aerobics for the early bird; will get you going!
Days......Monday and Wednesday
Time......6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Tone Express - A great way to get your day started right; lots of toning and flexibility
Days......Tuesday and Thursday
Time......6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Morning Yoga - Class for all ages; basic yoga moves and emphasis on flexibility and posture.
Days.......Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time......8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Basic Yoga - Lots of stretching and basic yoga moves.
Days.......Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time.....10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

PM Tone - Work out the stress of your day; lots of toning and little strength.
Days.......Monday and Wednesday
Time.....4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Zumba - An aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin dance. The rhythmic music and fun moves help to create an environment for a "feel-happy" workout!
Days.......Tuesday and Thursday
Time......4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Cycling - Challenging, fun, motivating cardio workout.
Days.......Monday and Wednesday
Time.....6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Starting in November: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times....6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.; 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. and
8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.

All class times and locations are subject to change. Classes with low enrollment may be canceled.

Members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $16
Class meets three times a week for four weeks - $24
Class meets two times a week for five weeks - $20
Class meets three times a week for five weeks - $30
Non-members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $40

Silver Sneakers
Muscular strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Days - Tuesday and Thursday
Time - 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Cost - Members, free - Non-members, $40 for four weeks; $50 for 5 weeks
