Don't forget Members can try any class for FREE.
If a Members brings a friend to try a class and the friend signs up for class, then the Member will get $5 off their next class.

Muscular strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Time - 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Cost - Members, free - Non-members, $40 for four weeks; $50 for 5 weeks
