Wellness Center Orientations - For everyone's saftey, you must complete an orientation before you can use the Wellness Center. Wellness Center Orientations are scheduled weekly. Sign up for an orientation at the front desk. Orientations are free to Y members. There is a $6 fee for non-members.

No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the Wellness Center. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please remember to sign in for cardio equipment before use.

As a courtesy and for the health of everyone, wipe down the equipment after every use.

Please refer to posted rules/policies in the Wellness Center for additional guidelines.
Personal Training
- The YMCA offers a one-on-one training option to any member or non-member. This is a personalized program designed to meet each inidividual's needs. Training sessions will meet in the Wellness Center.
- Beth Gabhart RN, CPT AFAA certified
- Available by appointment only.
- Payment due upon sign up.
Fees: $30 for one hour/$160 for 6 one hour sessions/$300 for 12 one hour sessions. Includes fitness assessment testing and a personalized exercise program.
