Birthday Parties @ the YMCA   Party Fees:

Pool Party Rental (Y Business hours) - $50 + $10 for slide
Pool Party Rental (Non Business Hours) $60 + $10 for slide
Gym Party - $45
Balcony Room Only - $35
Lock-in - $150

Party Details
Fee covers attendance for up to 25 people. There is a $1.50 fee for each additional person. The party includes one hour use of the swimming pool or basketball gym, and one hour use of the balcony room to eat cake and open presents. A lock-in includes all night use of the gym plus one hour in the pool with the slide.

Pool Parties
Pool Parties are best for 8 year olds and older. Children must pass a swim test prior to playing on the slides or being allowed in the deep end. Non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult. Parties can take place during either Y business hour or non-business hours.

Basketball Parties
Theses parties are great for all ages. Parents are encouraged to participate with the younger children.

Party Discounts
All non-profit organizations receive 25% off.

Basic Rules & Information on Rental

• NO ALCOHOL
• NO SMOKING
• Clean up after yourselves - Supplies for sweeping and cleaning up will be left for you in the balcony room. Always empty trash and put in a new trash bag. Tie the old trash bag up and leave in the balcony room.
• Turn out the lights, etc.
• ALL YOUTH GROUPS must be chaperoned, and there MUST be 1 adult chaperone per 5 children
• Read the entire contract before signing.
• For lock-ins or activities after hours, make sure you talk to the Executive Director, Tom Danehy, or Office Administrator, Lorrie Williams, prior to the rental event.
