Y-Tri Training Series

Get ready for the March 6, 2010 YMCA Indoor Triathlon. This training series will start the week of January 10, 2010 and consist of:

  • Runs: Mondays 6:00 p.m.-7:15 p.m. and Fridays 4:30 p.m.-5:15 p.m.
  • Cycling: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:20 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
  • Swimming: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Participants can attend as many or as few of these training days as you wish. In addition you will be registered for the March 6, 2010 Indoor Triathlon. Pre-registration for the cycling and swimming is required.

Cost: Members $62 and Non-members $82

YMCA Building Rentals

Have your next birthday party, family get-together, church or staff party at the YMCA. The following facilities are available for rental:

  • Balcony Room
  • Basketball Gym
  • Swimming Pool (lifeguard on duty)
