Sponsored Membership Program Information

It is our pledge, within the available resources of the YMCA, to provide services to youth regardless of ability to pay. Adults may be considered for assistance on an individual basis. Sponsored Membership forms are available at the front desk, or you may click here for the Sponsored Membership Application.

Please turn in the completed application, with all necessary financial documentation, to the front desk to see if you qualify for assistance.

Financial assistance is based on income and number of dependents in a household.

Obtain an application at the YMCA or click here to download one. Fill out the application completely and turn it in, with all financial verification, at the YMCA front desk. You may also mail the application to 405 NE 3rd St., Washington, IN 47501.

It take approximately one week to process applications. Notification is usually by phone.

Financial assistance is available for most youth programs. Typically, financial assistance for program fees is reserved for you: as well, a portion of the program fees must be paid by the applicant.
