Have you participated in one of our Swim Club programs, plan to or just want to improve your swim strokes? We are offering a stroke refinement clinic to help better your swimming stroke technique. Practices will focus on the main swimming strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly), as well as starts, dives, and other essential competitive aquatic skills. (Swimmers must be able to swim a full 25-meter length in one of the strokes mentioned above unassisted and without stopping in order to be able to participate in the program).

*NEW* Our Child Watch program has expanded to M-Th evenings 5-8pm. This means you could have a child in Child Watch while you watch your other child take swim lessons or while you workout. Members get this for free. See our “Hours of Operation” tab for more information on Child Watch.
