WCS After school packet 2023-2024

THIS IS CARE FOR ALL WEEK

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY

Please read the attached After School program packet for the entire program information.

You will need to print out, sign, date and return the last page to Famie, stating you have read and understand the program policies and procedures.

A daily after school snack will be served.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED DAYS

Location: Daviess County Family YMCA (kids will be bussed there from their respective school)

Kids will need to bring everyday:

• Swim suit – Friday ONLY(you may drop off swim stuff during the day at the front desk with your child’s name on it)
• Towel – Friday ONLY
• Gym appropriate shoes
• Water bottle

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $40.00

Member: $50.00/child
Non-member: $65.00/child

All communication will be done through Famie Cox on the Remind
app. You can download the app on your phone. You can then search for our
class code @2425ascc Our class name is 24-25 ASCC . You can also
text @2425ascc to 81010. If you have questions or need to make
changes, please send them through the Remind app first. If you need help
