WCS After school packet 2023-2024

School Break Care will only be available on the dates provided. Care during breaks will be from 7am to 6pm at the YMCA.

Please read the attached After School program packet for the entire program information.

You will need to print out, sign, date and return the last page to Miranda or Famie, stating you have read and understand the program policies and procedures.

Break Care Dates

Fall Break – October 9th – 13th

Thanksgiving Break – November 22nd & 24th
Nov 23rd  – YMCA CLOSED

Winter Break – December 26th – 29th
Dec 25 & Jan 1 – YMCA CLOSED

Spring Break – March 25th – 29th

Registration and payments are required 2 weeks prior to the first day of the break/scheduled day off. Space will be limited, and we will need to have a minimum of 10 kids registered and on site the first day of break to continue operating that day/week.

Kids need to bring EVERYDAY OF BREAK

• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Gym Appropriate shoes

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $40.00

Members: $110.00/child
Non-member: $145.00/child

All communication will be done through Famie Cox on the Remind
app. You can download the app on your phone. You can then search for our
class code @2324ymca. Our class name is 23/24-YMCA.ASCC. You can also
text @2324ymca to 81010. If you have questions or need to make
