24-25 After School Child Care - 3 DAYS (Mon, Wed, Fri)
THIS IS CARE FOR 3 DAYS ONLY
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY
Please read the attached After School program packet for the entire program information.
A daily after school snack will be served.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED DAYS
Location: Daviess County Family YMCA (kids will be bussed there from their respective school)
Kids will need to bring everyday:
- Swim suit (only Fridays)
- Towel (only Fridays)
- Gym appropriate shoes
- Water bottle
Weekly Rates
Non-refundable Registration Fee: $50.00
Members: $40.00/child
Non-member: $55.00/child
All communication will be done through the Youth Coordinator on the Remind
app. You can download the app on your phone. You can then search for our
class code @2425ascc. Our class name is 24-25 ASCC. You can also
text @2425ascc to 81010. If you have questions or need to make
changes, please send them through the Remind app first. If you need help
setting it up, please contact the Youth Coordinator! Please make
sure all personal information is up to date on our website, especially email
and phone number.
